I have a passion for the kind of wellness that incorporates each facet of the human make-up - mind, soul, spirit, body… not just one piece. We are fully well when all parts of us are well. I support families working hard to make this world a better place, one core unit at a time. With my own little clan at home backing me up, I thrive by encouraging those who, in their own unique way, are part of that mission to build society through close, meaningful connections, or are hoping and aspiring to do so. As we share time together we can celebrate dreams and cheer one another on in our personal journeys, at whatever point along the way we might be.
